"I had my knee replaced and Shelly Nowlin was the therapist who came out to see me. Shelly pushed me to “do just a little more” even when it hurt and I wanted to quit. I did see another , a PTA a couple times but Shelly made me feel like she cared about my pain and me as a person . She pushed and persuaded and praised and pushed some more. She was available to answer questions and kept reminding me and reassuring me that “this will get better” Thank you Excell for having quality folks like her and thank you Shelly for your excellent and thoughtful care . "They were very good to my mother and made sure she was very well taken care of in the end. We used them for hospice and they communicated with me often, and sent me many letters for support services after my mother’s passing. The nurses and case workers I dealt with were so incredibly kind and patient with me. It takes very special people to care for the patients in hospice, because they care for the family too. The management is very involved and motivated to make this a company you want to work for and with. From intake to scheduling to reception, everyone works cheerfully with the patients needs in mind.
